The Custom Shop offers pricey small plates with mediocre flavor, lacking in some dishes like the Duck Rigatoni and Scallops. Service is friendly but somewhat slow during peak hours. Overall great food! It is advertised as a romantic restaurant but the open floor plan and loud noise level are not romantic at all. Service was ok. The burrata was the best appetizer we’ve ever had!!
Great food and service ! The pasta and seafood dishes were amazing.
The food was good and cocktails were great, but Lilly was OUTSTANDING! She is, by far, one of the best servers/bartenders I have had in a very long time; she is friendly, energetic, very knowledgeable of the entire menu, made some amazing recommendations for both cocktails and food and made us feel like we were part of a family, all with a smile on her face the entire time. We come here often, but from now on I will sit at or near the bar and request her service every time. Thanks, Lilly!
FANTASTIC. Food was incredible. We had the beef carpaccio as an appetizer (must try). I had the Rib eye deckle and my wife had the goat cheese ravioli. We were blown away! Best cut of steak I’ve ever had. And to top it all off.. the bread pudding…Wow. And Great service, Greg was great!! EAT HERE.
In my opinion the Customshop was just ok. For starters we had the tuna crudo (I was not a fan, but I also do not like grapefruit) the beef Carpaccio which was delicious my personal favorite from the visit. The entrees we ordered are pictured: the Duck Breast which was cooked to perfection but lacked flavor/seasoning, the Rigatoni safe option, the Cecamariti it hasan interesting flavor I didn’t really enjoy the pasta used was something I had never seen before could go without havingagain, the best entree was the Atlantic Halibut it was tasty the flavors blended well together.
