Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

I will never visit this restaurant again. I decided to stop in for lunch assuming it would be similar to the other locations in south Charlotte. I ended up waiting 15 minutes during lunchtime because they were out of meat, and there was very loud rap music playing in the background. By the time I left, there was a long line out the door.

The restaurant was low on lunch items and short-staffed. Despite being the only customer in line, I had to wait several minutes for service, including waiting to be checked out. The staff seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves than assisting me, despite being asked to do so.
