I went through the drive-through and ordered a roast beef Gyro. The guy waiting on me at the window was very nice, but hi was not happy when I got home and discovered that my Gyro edges were hard as a rock.I called them and no answered so I'm going tomorrow with my crusted sandwich.I returned with my gyro and the friendly manager (Sandy? she gave me a delicious freshly made Gyro! She apologized and also gave me fries... View all feedback.
What Alina Mckinley doesn't like about Arby's:
Ordered,, spent 35$. Was asked to pull up and they would bring order out. Get home, and my order wasn’t even mine and couldn’t have cost more than $20. I’m absolutely livid especially since I love on the 3rd floor and am highly allergic to fish, which is what they gave me. And to boot, no receipt. View all feedback.
The Bratbeef was dry on my husband's sandwich. They did not give the condiments we demanded and left straws. I don't know if they were in a hurry or what. My order was right, no bread, no cheese, in a bowl! Weird, backwards from what we usually get at Fast Food.
Ordered extra cheese not only did I not get extra cheese but they barely put any on my sandwhich so its not really a beef and cheddar and they charged me for extra. I wonder how much money they make charging for extra cheese but don't supply it. This seriously ruined my sandwich and my lunch thanks
The food is decent. The usual arby's fare. I had the fish sandwich which I did enjoy. The Customer service however was excellent. Despite my food being delete the young man at the counter of the drive-through was extremely polite and apologetic and he did update me on what was going on.
Usually I dont rate fast food places. As the experience will never be the same twice but I had such a good experience here. Food was fresh, and staff was really friendly. Top it all off with a brand new building.
I was so excited when I first saw an Arby's being built across the street from me. I hate that Berewick is full of chains, but at least this one is my favorite fast food restaurant. They sent us a coupon for a free sandwich, so of course we went and got way more than just a sandwich. We had plenty of coupons, so we paid $13 for our meal of 4 sandwiches and 2 fries. We got the new 5 meat stack, a half pound beef and cheddar, a Reuben, a classic roast beef, and two small fries. In addition to our coupons, they have a happy hour that makes a small fry (and other items) $1 until 5pm. Whenever I try new things, I still think a regular roast beef with a side of curly fries is the best thing to get (add horsey sauce if course). The 5 meat stack was pretty good. The Reuben wasn't bad, but didn't feel like what I come to Arby's for. The beef and cheddar is close enough to a regular roast beef that it's my next favorite. Unfortunately the fries were not very warm, but I guess that's fast food for you. The service was nice here. We made our order really complicated with all of the coupons and changing our mind and they were accommodating. I think they're still training staff, but that's not an issue with me. Overall, you know what Arby's is. I thought this one was better than some as far as the non-food areas go.
