McDonald's - Charlotte

Pops are always watered and eat takes forever, but eating was okay and mccafé drinks are great

Ordered a sandwich with no sauce. They put sauce on it. Asked them to remake it. They remade it with sauce. Realized the hopelessness of the staff and gave up. Went elsewhere.

Better food than average McDonald's just wish employees would park a little further out leaving the clothes up spots for customers coming and going

So I went here one morning after door dashing, it wasn’t busy, there was only one other person ahead of me and no one behind me, and I sat at the window for a solid five minutes without so much as my drink, was told they couldn’t do frappes and that they were out of all types of jelly, the guy at the window tried to clumsily hand me everything at once. I get that stuff happens, but from experience, you shut a frappe machine down at three at the latest and it takes 20 minutes to clean, secondly, there’s no way a McDonald’s ran out of every type of jam, they have back stock upon back stock. If you want to be lazy and not get it, just say that.
