Bc Pizza - Charlevoix

I decided to give them another chance and picked up my order instead. However, the staff member who helped me was extremely serious and unfriendly; I was the only customer in the store at the time. She was just outright rude. I told her I had called in my order, which was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. But when I arrived, she had my order in her hand and muttered something under her breath. I’ve had enough of Charlievoix BC Pizza—great people, but a really disappointing experience.

The delivery and service fees are way too high, but the delivery team is fantastic, so I can't complain too much. The chicken parmesan pasta is amazing—definitely the best I've had. However, the pizza is really disappointing. The wings can be great or not so good, depending on who is working that night.

I was the only customer, yet she was unkind and dismissive, barking questions at me. When I explained that I had called in my order, she snapped at me asking if I had checked in. I reminded her that I called ahead and that it had been 15 minutes, which is what they told me to expect. To make matters worse, she had my order in her hand and was muttering under her breath. It was quite the frustrating experience. At this point, I’ve decided I’m done with Charlevoix BC Pizza. Terrible service and an overall bad experience!
