What User doesn't like about Mister P's Burger Bar:
I decided to try the Aussie burger to see how their beef patties stack up, as they are the essence of a good burger. It wasn't a terrible burger, but it tasted similar to one you would get from a local fast food joint with the usual toppings, the only difference being that it came on a milk bun. I also ordered a portion of chips, which were a generous serving and likely enough to share, but they were quite greasy and... View all feedback.

Chips are outstanding, as were the onion rings, fried chicken wings were too oily and wouldn't get them again. The service seems to have some teething problems with the business only been open for a short time, there was a need for another staff member and it needs to be more clearly defined as to weather its table service or weather you place order at the till. If you enjoy a good American style burger, this place is definitely worth trying.

I also ordered a portion of chips, which were a generous serving and likely enough to share, but they were quite greasy and reminded me of those from a local takeaway. They could benefit from more seasoning, as they lacked that extra saltiness.
It's a big call because there are a lot of good burger bars in Newcastle but mister p's is pretty damn good! And I love my burgers and am not easily impressed enough to write a review. Stoked I don't have to go into Newcastle cbd to get it too. I'm slowly working my way through the menu and each one has exceeded expectations. Thanks guys! Always look forward to the next one.
The highlight of the meal was the BBQ Burger. It was flavorful and held together nicely, with tasty meat, fresh salad, and a delicious BBQ sauce and mayo combo that added plenty of flavor without making the bun soggy. The option for a larger patty was a great choice as it left me feeling very satisfied. The service was friendly, with the waitress offering helpful recommendations on sharing entrees. Despite a full house, our food was served quickly. The only small downside was the limited beer selection, but the food more than made up for it. There are plenty of other tempting American-style dishes on the menu, so I am eager to return. If you enjoy a good burger or some fresh wings, Mister P's is definitely worth a visit.
The food at Mister P's gets a 9 out of 10 from me. During my first visit, I tried the spicy 'Misiz P's' burger, which was absolutely amazing. The flavors were bold and fresh, and the perfect balance of heat made it a delight to eat. The patty was juicy and held together well, showing great quality. On my second visit, I opted for the 'Crispy Fried Chicken' burger, which showcased how simple ingredients can create a delicious dish. I appreciate the simplicity of this burger compared to overly elaborate options with too many toppings. The crispy lettuce and flavorful chicken in this burger truly stand out, making it one of the best in town.
