Today, I placed another order for two sets of 10 wings, but they only delivered one. I've been attempting to call the restaurant for the last two days, but their phone isn’t working. Unfortunately, I can’t drive to the restaurant since I’m from out of state and don’t have a car. Right now, I'm at the hospital visiting a family member. This has been my worst restaurant experience to date!

Additionally, they don't answer the phone, and after a certain time, they take it off the hook, leaving it busy all the time. This location has consistently struggled with service.

Consequently, I decided to go to the restaurant in person to sort things out. Unfortunately, I encountered an unhelpful and rude cashier. After some back-and-forth, he took my order to the kitchen, where a cook informed him that I was missing 10 wings. While I agreed with this, I felt they implied it was my fault and asked how I wanted to proceed. I simply requested my 10 wings. I also raised the issue of the delivery fee since I had to return, but he curtly told me to contact DoorDash about it. That seemed fair, but when I asked about their phone problems, he insisted the phones weren’t working, despite others saying they did—it's just that no one answers. I truly enjoy Wing Stop, but these two locations in Charleston are damaging the brand's reputation. They desperately need to improve their customer service before I consider returning.

I want to give a special thanks for staying open and fully staffed during the difficult early days of COVID. They have consistently delivered excellent food and prompt service. I intend to keep visiting this location and the one in North Charleston as long as they uphold their high standards. I truly appreciate it!

The fries tasted barely cooked, and it was obvious... read more I arrived just as the restaurant opened and ended up waiting over an hour for 12 wings and 2 orders of fries. The fries tasted barely cooked, and it was obvious they were short-staffed since six customers who ordered after me received their meals before I did. The garlic parmesan wings had a rubbery texture and were far from enjoyable. Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience.
