Wendy's - Charleston

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with ketchup on it and lettuce. The chicken was wrong it was crispy. It was supposed to be grilled.

Food was hot and fresh. My order was also kind of complicated so I was impressed.

We frequent this location often. My daughter will always want Wendy’s over everywhere else. Recently the food hasn’t been fresh even when I ask for fresh fries, they’re cold in the middle like they use the old ones that’s been sitting in the fry bend all day. Burgers are ALWAYS cold I don’t believe the buns are even kept in a warmer anymore. I’ve given this Wendy’s ample opportunities to get it together. Very very disappointing.

Dark curly haired guy in the Lakers jacket this evening needs recognition. He was super patient with me when taking my order. My gf asked me to get her and a co worker food, and I was actively messaging them to get their orders. He was super nice, wish I knew his name.

This Wendy’s is always fast and never gets my order wrong. The manager made sure to ask how everything was and also gave my daughter a free frosty (after politely asking if it was okay with me). Very fast and friendly service!
