Wendy's - Charleston

Honestly, while the kitchen part you see from the front didn't seem that clean and put together, I was surprised at how fresh and yummy my burger was. There did seem to be a lot of homeless folks wandering about, and while I felt fine to sit and eat with my mother, I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my little kiddos. Nothing personal, just fact.

The food is always good, but they haven't been too good with mobile orders recently with them not being called out when they are ready. The wait times have gone up and make it hard to do on a short lunch break.

My service at this location has typically been good. I sometimes get impatient at McDonald's and go to Wendy's.

Ordered 4 biggie bags- all were wrong. Ordered 4 cokes — received diet cokes and 2 Dr pepper. Getting correct orders at the drive thru's these days has created a game with me and my 2 grandsons (8&9 urs old). We have running bets as to how many orders will be accurate — so far this year — no order has been accurate. It's pathetic that a simple cheese burger meal cannot be served correctly. The worker that took my order seemed frustrated with my $5 biggie bag when I asked for a mayonnaise packet and didn’t turn her microphone off when I was pulling away from the drive-in. She called me a mean name. I told the girl that ran the food out to me that the girl who was taking orders should turn her microphone off if she is going to insult a customer.
