My partner and I ate there. Amazing bagels. That was our first visit. I have the sown bagel with cream cheese and my partner has the Cheesy Bagel level. They were 10/10. We will definitely return. We were thrilled to try starlings, but we were disappointed. We ordered an icy caramel latte and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was delicious, but the icy latte was extremely moderate and tasted quite down. The cash register was beautiful and gave local recommendations as it was our first time in the city. I had the pleasure of dining at Starlings for lunch today, and I was absolutely blown away by how delicious my Breakfast Sandwich was! Belva provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly helpful in guiding me through my choices. You rock, Belva! Hillary prepared a fantastic Breakfast Sandwich that included a homemade English Muffin that was simply to die for! It was my first time trying Tofu Scramble, and I can promise it won't be my last. The Vegan Sausage was fantastic and complemented the other ingredients in the sandwich perfectly. You rock too, Hillary! The amazing service and food from these ladies ensure that I’ll definitely be a regular customer! If you haven't tried Starlings yet, you're really missing out!
Wow, the croissant was absolutely superb! It was perfectly flaky and warm with just the right amount of buttery goodness. I also ordered eggs and vegan sausage, and they were great as well. We both tried the specialty drinks, and we really enjoyed them. The staff went above and beyond in terms of hospitality, making us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. We chose to sit outside, which was lovely. I can't wait to return! Also, I have to mention that the restroom was impeccably clean—very impressive! Please support this local eatery and shop local!
This is the best bagel sandwich spot I've discovered in West Virginia. The atmosphere is charming, and the hospitality and service are genuinely friendly from the moment you walk in. I placed an online order for takeout, and the food was perfectly prepared and ready right on time—absolutely delicious on the go. This will definitely be our go-to breakfast destination whenever we’re passing through Charleston. I can’t wait for each visit!
Absolutely amazing cafe in Charleston. I only found out about them a year or so ago, and I don't know how I never visited before. The breakfast sandwiches and pastries are seriously good. Great coffee as well. You can also order online pretty easily and they call you if anything comes up. Such a nice place with nice staff too :
I got a breakfast sandwich here on their focaccia and WOW was it good, i could have just eaten the bread by itself. i also appreciate that they have choice of vegan breakfast meat! i got the sausage and it was pretty good! the woman who took our order was very sweet too. the outdoor patio with the fire pit is awesome too, even when it’s super cold outside it feels toasty next to the fire.
