The greeter is rarely at the front desk, which means you'll likely spend the first 10 minutes of your visit waiting to be seated and hoping a waitress will eventually come by. The staff can also be rude and difficult to understand, as they tend to mumble. I travel for work and it’s a shame this place doesn’t offer better service, especially since the food is actually quite good. This review is based on four visits, of which only three were satisfactory. On one occasion, I left without eating because there was no greeter, and after waiting for 10 minutes, I simply decided to go. I even had to ask other diners if anyone worked there, and they replied with, "I think so."

We visit the Savannah Highway location frequently and have had the pleasure of being served by Brooklen each time. She is the sweetest and most well-mannered server we've encountered in quite a while. Having waited on my family and me several times, she remembers our favorite dessert perfectly. It's wonderful to see the team working together so cohesively.

My boyfriend and I was visiting back home and decided to stop in and get lunch . Kaitlyn was our server and did an amazing job . She was quick on her feet . Got our order out in a timely manner and had the best attitude ! Thank you again Kaitlyn .

We visited this restaurant on a Friday night for a little break from parenting, only to find it almost empty. It took about five minutes for someone to greet us and seat us, and another five before our waitress finally came over. We understand the challenges of staffing, so we didn’t mind too much. We ordered two drinks: one bottled and one made-to-order, but both were disappointing. The bottled beer tasted spoiled, likely from fluctuating temperatures, and my wine drink was overly sweet. When our food arrived, I was disappointed to see my medium steak was more grey than anything else, and the honey bourbon sauce was just pure honey. While it was cooked correctly, it clearly had been sitting out too long before being cooked. Our waitress checked on us once before I cut into my steak and then didn’t return until we had finished our meal. After we finished eating, we waited a long time for our check while the nearly empty section around us cleared out. We continued to wait and saw our waitress chatting on her phone at the bar. Finally, we asked another waitress, who had already cleared her tables, to help us. She apologized and went to fetch our original waitress, who then called us over to the bar to settle our bill. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Having worked in the food industry for over a decade, I’m usually forgiving of mistakes, but I left feeling disappointed rather than angry.

I placed my order online at 9:25 PM and was informed it would take about 30 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant at 10 PM, I was told my order wasn’t ready yet. I checked back at 10:15 PM, and still, it wasn’t ready. Finally, when I went in at 10:30 PM, I was told that the kitchen was closed and that my order had never been made. There were no apologies or any concern for the fact that I had waited in the parking lot for over 30 minutes, leaving without any food and without an explanation. I definitely would not recommend calling in orders at this location.
