New Years Eve- the food and service were great, but we had to wait 45 mins to be seated with plenty of tables available. We used the Open Table app but it didn’t help us get seated any faster. View all feedback.

Both the food and service were excellent, and everyone in our party appreciated it. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I would definitely recommend visiting Red Lobster Charleston on Cross Terrace Blvd if you haven't already. While the wait times can vary and tend to be longer on weekends, afternoons are usually a great time to avoid the rush. We arrived at 3 PM, hoping for a shorter wait since it wa... View all feedback.
Eating was ordered well prepared. service was excellent, very fast and friendly. I'm sure a picture.
The food was good but the wait was terrible. We called ahead only to be told once we got there that they were not doing call ahead seating this weekend then they wrote our name down wrong so when they called our name we actually thought they were calling someone else so they marked us down as a walk away. I made a reservation through open table shortly after we arrived but they still did not check us in under the correct name. Maybe they thought it was a different party.

Wait for our table was pretty long and it took awhile to get our food plus they were out of pinot grigio but our server (Dakota) was absolutely amazing!!!! He will be the only reason we will return!
They did not honor the Open Table priority seating making it pointless to be a part of this service. As for the experience: It was a holiday so I appreciate those who were working, but the service and food was very subpar. I don’t mind spending nearly $50 per person but I only do so at places I trust will offer a great experience. This day they did not.
