Muse Restaurant Wine Bar - Charleston

My reservation was for 715 but didn't get our food until 830. We were told sorry but the kitchen was backed up. This excuse would have made sense but around 8 a couple was seated at the table next to us and in 15 minutes they received their dinner. It sounded from their conversation that they were regular patrons and maybe that's why they were served first.

The food was awesome, and the menu had a nice selection of foods. It's not really a Mediterranean restaurant. The only snag was the entrees took a long time, which is fine but we were trying to catch a show after. If you have plans after dinner, I'd reccomend to book a half hour earlier.

The food was incredible. It was so hard to decide on what to order because the menu all looked fantastic. Hunter was our server and had great favorites, so ask what he suggests. We will definitely be back to try more!

We had a great evening. The restaurant is in an old house which is authentic to the history of the city. Owner and staff exceptionally accommodating Menu was diversified but had flexibility to make changes. Will definitely go again with pleasure!!

First time in Charleston. Reviews looked good so I came with a group of 11. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. I genuinely think you could go to the aquarium and ask for the same food the animals eat there and it would be better than what you’re given here. Steaks incredibly poorly cooked. Muscles appetizer lacking dimension in flavor. Bruschetta bread literally stale. All pasta sauces lacking any level of depth. Staff was super nice though.
