Muchacho Tacos - Charleston

Excellent food and Excellent service. Restaurant was very clean as well. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back.

It all started with the wal mart chunky salsa and bagged chips and went downhill from there. I ordered the enchiladas with verde on top. The verde was canned verde the enchiladas were tiny portions with burnt melted cheese. The rice was either canned or box rice. The person I was with ordered street taco's and his words were you can't mess up street tacos. Guess what? And the prices we paid for the food was higher that any other place. There is nothing authentic about this place. The worst Mexican food i ever tasted at a restaurant. And you would think there would be at least one Mexican working there.

This place has it all!!!Tiny micro portions Lukewarm/hot spots (microwave? Overpriced I apologize for what probably seems entirely too much sas for a Google review.Portion size is laughable, especially considering one of our meals was a 50% up charge since it was considered a “dinner” item (NEVER MIND it had the same amount of food as my “lunch” item . They charge you $1.25 per 12 oz can of soda, and yes it gave me major high school football stand vibes. Our mexi- rice tasted straight like Spaghettos, El Paso beans weren’t quite heated through, the tacos had maybe a tablespoon of meat on each tortilla and the melty cheese was all kinds of wrong. Our server was nice. Buyer beware y’all ?

This was my first visit here. Amazing food and the service was top notch. Over all a great experience! I will be back!

We just moved to the area and decided to try this place out. Glad we did ! The food was delicious, place was very clean , great customer service !
