Lidi - Charleston

My partner and I went there for dinner. The food was great and the ambiance was very “round the way” feeling, very “mom and pop” like. I imaged an old grandma milling about the kitchen making sure everything was done correctly. We ordered dessert to go. Horrible experience! Hostess has a real attitude and must be extremely miserable with her job. Our bar waitress was wonderful. Only reason I’m giving it 2 stars. She did a great job at happy hour keeping up with drinks. Go for happy hour only for the $5 pizza and Prosecco. Skip it otherwise.

Great HH specials! The bar pizzas are excellent Quentin always takes great care of us! Also love the mushroom appetizer the gnocchi!

Went for the food happy hour specials and did not disappoint! Our bartender was great and he was very busy but never showed that it was too much. He was very professional, nice, and always had a smile. We tried the amazing stuffed mushrooms and delicious pizza but will be back to try other items for sure!

Word of advice. Get a NEW bartender! He clearly hates his job has no problem letting you know he doesn’t want you there.
