When I told her to give me a minu... read more The most rude, ghetto place ever. The tall, dark skinned lady running the drive thru today kept cutting me off while ordering. When I told her to give me a minute to speak, she said excuse me. I repeated myself and she said let me turn this speaker off.So I pulled off and up the window and her ghetto self was running her mouth 90 miles a minute. No customer service whatsoever. I can only imagine what she would have done to my food if I had ordered. Clearly she hates her job.

The young lady spoked extremely rude to me, screamed and rush me with my order in the drive thru. Then slammed the window in my face when I pulled up to the drive thruwindow. Her rude behavior was very much unacceptable and should never be allowed a workplace. There is absolutely no reason whyshe should ever feel that it okay for her to speak so negatively to a customer. Please do not allow bad customer service tobreak your business. Poor customer service could lower your sales and cause customers to take their business somewhere else.

Food was cold and soggy it took forever to get corrected. If I could givea zero I would.

I tried to explain to her thru the locked door, I couldn 't. Then a nice gentleman cameout to a car waiting for him to hand over/give a young child to the people in a waiting car. I asked him to explain my situationto the lady inside. As he is smoking a cigarette, he told me the best thing I could do was walk to the drive thru window . Idid. When I told her my car situation she said they were short staffed and were not opening the door and I needed to get overit . I said a few nasty things, I will admit. But mind you there is a man Outside smoking a cigarette. Really?!! I Will NeverGo Back To That KFC Again. Ever!!! The whole purpose for me making the online order was so I could go INSIDE to pick it up. Shewas very Rude and never even listened to my explanation.
