Jersey Mike's Subs - Charleston

Food was great, service was acceptable, and the place wasn't too dirty. I assume they just got finished with a lunch rush when we came in, as they all seemed pretty exhausted.

936-Very overpriced. Very mediocre sandwich. It was like it was every employee's first day. I got the feeling none of them had a clue what to do.

Did not do steak sandwich correctly did not put mushrooms as asked. Called manager was quite snippy with me. She needs to take criticism better.

Very busy, long wait for chipotle mayo cheese steak — no chipotle or mayo, just plain. Disappointed.

Phillysteak is great! Gluten Free Buns are tasty and they grilled up one of the Phillysteaks without onions and peppers special order. Next time would probably order ahead as waiting area is a bit cramped but staff were all great!
