On Sunday 21 February, Matthew (Manager) changed my whole view of the service of this place for the better. My husband and I would pass this place and go to Mt. Pleasant for sandwiches due to bad customer service. We would add for extra meat bc there was little meat on the sandwiches and when ordering online bacon would NIE get the bacon? What User doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
I was served bread placed on the counter and not so fresh. One I had to ask for bacon on the sub that came with the sub ..as if they didn't want to give it first, one I think it's about price for what you get an old bread ..it was a bit stale!? View all feedback.

I'm from the part of the country where Subs are an art form. Jersey Mike's is the next Sub Shop to the beloved in PA.
Subs are great! In-store service is excellent but I've had two on-line orders that were wrong. I called after the 2nd messed-up on-line order and they offered me a refund, which was nice.
Cane to pickup food gave the name after 15 min they are saying not on our system and we can't make it. So unprofessional behavior. They don't have the name lights very difficult to find af night, map also don't show the correct location.
I ordered two giant subs for picking up. Both were open at the end. They were not properly packed. My food was released in the catchy table. Better.
