The staff was rude,... read more This was the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had! I love Chipotle and usually don’t mind a wait, but this one was absolutely ridiculous. The staff was rude, just standing around and staring without responding to my attempts to place an order. I understand if there’s a wait due to cooking time, but at least they could have explained the situation. After placing my order, I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes just trying to get some Tabasco, and I wasn’t acknowledged the entire time. There was another customer beside me who had also been waiting longer without any recognition. This experience has completely changed my opinion of Chipotle. I will never return to this location, which is the closest one to my house.

They prioritize fulfilling online orders, making you wait unnecessarily, and if you ask for assistance, they respond with an unfriendly and disrespectful attitude. It would be best for the community if they closed down and allowed a more worthwhile establishment to take their place.
