China Fun - Charleston

First and last time customers here. We were so angry at our order. The miraculous soup tasted like water with some cleaning chemicals in it. The sweet and acidic sauce also had the same chemical taste, and the chicken was teig / underboiled. These two dishes were completely unusable. Knödel were burned. General Tso?s lack of spiciness of pork bread was tasteless. I love to support Asian companies and I would normally leave a bad review, but literally everything was a disappointment to possibly consume unsafe (chemicals)? Luckily, I just paid lunch and not dinner?

No good food at all?. The ordered ginger chicken, which is typically a darker sauce. I probably used red sauce to blow General Tao Chicken with sea seeds on him?. Very disappointed? Quality of meat was it good? I wouldn't eat here, there are much better choices. Low overall taste with fat egg rolls

This review is about the service, not the food. I?ve been here on a couple of occasions to pick up orders as a delivery driver. The staff is never very friendly. I?m not expecting hugs and kisses, but a thank you would be nice... maybe even a smile on occasion. Even when I say thank you to them, there?s no response. I was going to make a purchase for myself, but the employee wouldn?t take my order, because I wanted to pay with my own with a card. I didn?t see a sign a stating that there was a minimum purchase amount for cards, so I was confused. Even if there was a sign, she could?ve offered the opportunity to order an additional item instead of just responding ?cash.? Lesson learned. I won?t ever go there for myself. Also, the in store prices are significantly more than what?s listed in the delivery apps. On the bright side, they prepare the food extremely quickly, so there?s usually not a long wait. The food is also packaged well. I gave three stars for that.

General Tso Chicken was awfully super sweet and syrup. No heat. Will not come back and I recommend WOULDNT to go unless they get it together.

I live literally 2 miles away and can order while leaving my house during lunch hour and my order is ready for pickup by the time i get there. Jimmy johns isnt freaky fast, china fun is. On top of fast and cheep, it is plenty of food even for me and i usually eat for two.
