82 Queen was such a special treat. The staff was more than friendly on arrival. We didn't have a reservation, but I felt like it wasn't a bad idea to get one before we dined there. I visited this restaurant on a Sunday evening and it was not too crowded. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. We were given menus when we sat down but our server did not take our drink orders. 82 Queen was the perfect place for our first anniversary dinner! When you arrive, go through the sweetest Ally way to the outdoor terrace. The lights and music make you feel that you are in a fairy tale. Our server name was Lo and it was absolutely wonderful! Attention and friendly. Food was a great mix of traditional South Eat and comfort food! The crab soup and crab cake were delicious! If you debate..go!
Love trying new to me restaurants during restaurant week and 82 Queen did not disappoint. From the she crab soup and southern pickings to shrimp and grits and chocolate cheesecake, it was all delicious. Sarah was attentive and made excellent recommendations. Can't wait to come back.
