We stopped by this store a couple of weeks ago and ordered our usual kid's single burger meals as they are smaller portions. The burgers were stale and not hot. The store needed to be cleaner and no one was cleaning tables until about the time we were leaving. Yesterday we went through the drive thru ordering the kid's single burger meals. We received the food after about 25 minutes. Part of the order was missing so I had to get out of my vehicle and go back to the window to get it. The burgers were not hot. The buns were smashed and soggy. The cheese was cold and curled up on the edges and not melted and the fries were stale and cold. There seems to be a lot of employees at this location who stand around quite a bit without solid customer focus. Appears employee training and commitment needs to be stepped up. This is the worst Culvers location I have been to, and it was not always this way!

They did refund my money.They lost a customer for life and I will let everyone know my experience at this terrible so called restaurant
