What Amanda Skidmore doesn't like about Starbucks:
Poor conditions, tables are dirty. Our 3 yr old dropped her donut on the ground by accident and they made a big deal about it and wanted to charge us for a new one. Personally thats poor customer service. View all feedback.
Worst, slowest Starbucks I have been to. Rude employees. They take your order, dont have the item, tell you exchange options without telling you it costs more.
Went through the drive through for my latte!!! Sooooo good. Fast friendly service at this location.

Came to this Starbucks with my husband, this sweet girl named Jenny took our order and she surely has a sunshine of personality! She memorizes our usuals really fast and always tries to make us laugh, happy to say she actually cares about her customers and takes time to get to know them. Definitely would be coming for the holidays to say hi again.
I want to preface my review by mentioning upfront that I 'm hearing impared. I 've lost my hearing twice and had it brought back twice now through surgery. I visited this Starbucks with my husband. We were serviced by a girl named Bri. Firstly, I couldn 't hear her and she didn 't enunciate well enough for me to read her lips. Not to mention, based on her facial expression she made it seem as though we were inconveniencing her by placing an order. The order I 'd spoken at the time was requesting a Medium (Grande) Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with Lemonade and a Large (Venti) Water. My husband who has no hearing issues confirmed that I 'd spoken clearly and had she been actively listening our order would 've been correct. Now I 'll take fault for not trusting my gut and speaking up when I saw that our total was more than it should have been but I had just assumed that like many other places in this economy this Starbucks had just started charging based on cup size even for water. After NOT having the order repeated back to us as well as having to ask Bri to repeat herself when she asked for a name for the order (which should 've been a sign that she in general needed to speak up or enunciate her words better) I just left things as they were. I even left a small tip despite my mild frustration up to this point. My husband and I sat down and waited for the order to be filled. The name given was NEVER actually called out. I even saw what looked like the main drink requested up at the counter but because the name wasn 't called out assumed it was for someone else ahead of us. I asked my husband several times (even in subtle [and admittedly beginer level, as he 's still learning and prioritized swear words over conversational dialog] sign language) if the name had been called. Each time he 'd answered No . After about 5 minutes of us sitting and waiting for the name to be called out, FINALLY one of the other girls working behind the counter asked us if we were waiting for an order and I said Yes and told her the name we 'd given. As we walked up she handed us a Grande Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with Lemonade and a Venti Mango Dragonfruit Refresher. As realization hit me that we hadn 't gotten a receipt I muttered without realizing That was supposed to be a water. My frustration only increased as I noticed the 2 remaining girls behind the counter looking dumb-founded like they were deer in headlights instead of trying to offer up a solution. Leaning into my husband 's calm demeanor I just sighed said It 's fine. and we left. As I said before I will take fault in not questioning the total or asking for a receipt like I normally do. But also after today I will not be returning to this Starbucks as this experience there has taught me that the employees there don 't value their walk-in customers.
