Ortega's Taco Shop - Charles Town

Cute, delicious, cheap, and friendly! Had great options for gluten free and dairy free dining. The house-made tortilla chips were amazing, the hot salsa had some nice kick, and the street tacos made for a great lunch. Thanks for a great pre — hike feast!

Our first pupusas. Not doughy at all. Light and delicious.

Overall, an enjoyable first visit. I had the fish tacos and the tortillas, cabbage, sauce, everything was tasty. The only downside to the fish tacos was the fish was a previously frozen large fish stick that was deep fried. I'll try something different the next time.

Scratch made Mexican! Try the chips and salsa. Love the tacos!
