Very good food. Probably the best Mexican restaurant near Charles Town. This place is always full of customers. We waited for 30 mins, then we were recommended to go to their other location which is 8 mins drive. It was worth the wait and drive as the food and service were good. View all feedback.

FEEDBACK ON TAKEOUT: The food was great! It would’ve been even better IF my nachos and cheese were not soggy. Please, do not add the chips on top of the cheese for a takeout order. By the time I got my food, the chips were so soggy and had soaked up most of the cheese! Secondly, the chicken fajita was DELICIOUS, but again, it was soggy! My wife and I absolutely adore this establishment. Most of the waiters know her order immediately when she comes in. She moved down here from Ohio and, in the process, lost her favorite Mexican restaurant. Now, she loves her WV restaurant even more! The service is great, and the food is delicious. We have never had a bad meal there!
Absolutely delightful flavors. There are plenty of authentic Mexican restaurants out there. But authentic is not synonymous with good/well prepared. This place, however, serves some of the most wonderfully seasoned/prepared authentic Mexican I've had. The staff members are always pleasant and kind. Mi Degollado is a gem!
