Mcdonald's - Charles Town

I work late at the casino and often stop. Unfortunately, my hours do not allow me to always have dinner menu and my pup is obsessed with nuggets. stopped today shortly after nuggets cutoff and manager surprised me at window with an order of nuggets for my baby. Let's say I have a happy pup. This is the customer service in its finest and I am really humble that they would do this. Stop the good work. You guys rock!!!

When my frontier Citywide Wifi died and I had to submit my homework so it wasn't late, they let me use her until they closed the lobby at midnight. I did my job and I wasn't too late. They were polite and understanding. Thank you.

I rarely write reviews, but tonight I had to. This was probably the best McDonald's experience I ever had! Customer service was great, the food was great, fast and fast and lots of spices / napkins. I felt like we were back in the '90s when it was enjoyable to go there. Thanks McDonalds!

This special McD's is always busy, but manages to speed up orders quickly and the food is always as it should be. I've never had a problem in the last 30 years. Good job!
