This is an elegant restaurant with high prices. However the food and service is excellent. Try the steak with some red wine. You don’t have to gamble to come here. View all feedback.
What John Vitt doesn't like about Final Cut Steakhouse:
The only good thing about this place was the staffs attiude. The food was underwhelming for the price they charge. The atmosphere is okay. The Mac and cheese, asparagus, just bland. View all feedback.
We had the skirt steak and chimichurri sauce, the bison ribeye and the roasted wild mushroom. This is by far the best steak I've had in WV. We will be back.
Called 2hrs ahead to schedule a reservation and no call back from them

Overall a nice dining experience. I was hoping for a little bit more though as a higher end steakhouse. Our server was great, though she clearly had too many tables to be able to provide over the top service she truly seemed like she wanted us to enjoy our meal) Service opportunities: food timing mson course was on the heels of our salad, slow to refill water and check on drinks. Food seemed a little salty. Our salad was served with a chilled fork which was a nice touch. We were in a booth so seating was comfortable. Tables for two looked tight. Nice coctail menu and wine list Note: located inside the casino. My rating rationale .5 Service .5 Food~Taste/flavor/quality 1 Presentation 1 Atmosphere/vibe 1 Value
I was very impressed when eating here my first time this past weekend. I had heard it was great food, but then a certain chef had left years ago and the food taste changed. I wanted to try for myself to form my own opinion. My boyfriend and I ordered the scallops with risotto and a ribeye rare with a baked potato. The scallops were huge, melted in my mouth, were seasoned well and were not over/under cooked (I am quite the scallop snob) so I was impressed. The risotto was cheesy and flavorful, the best risotto I’ve ever had. My boyfriend’s steak was cooked right and his baked potato was a huge portion. Our server Morgan S. was very sweet and attentive. She complimented me, made some jokes and enhanced the dining experience. We will definitely be back again in the future. My only disappointment is that the restaurant doors were left open, so the smell of cigarettes from the casino entered into the air while we were eating. It was not unbearable, but definitely a stale cigarette/burning type aroma. I knew this would be a possibility when dining here, since it’s inside the casino, so I know what I was getting into. Just wish they could’ve closed the doors to help prevent the smell.
