I called to notify them and they confirmed that they had taken the order down correctly. I had ordered fish with toppings and cheese, but instead received plain fish with just cheese. Additionally, my order was missing three ice creams that were supposed to come with the desserts. The guy on the phone was unfriendly and responded with an attitude, asking, "What do you want us to do?" At that point, I decided not to engage further and hung up. Given this level of customer service, I won’t be ordering from them again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Norm, the owner, is laid-back and f... read more I absolutely love Baker's! It's a cozy little spot with a cheerful ambiance. Lunchtime there is the highlight of my Fridays. Norm, the owner, is laid-back and friendly, as are all of his staff. Every dish I've tried has been delicious, especially the chicken Parmesan wrap, which was fantastic. The prices are very reasonable as well. Overall, I give it a perfect score: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
