Then we enter, 20 minutes to take the order, 20 minutes after a small passage by toilets that can not be closed then.... The entrances arrived with one of the best Meze home I ate, and that's why the waiting was fresh (with an eggplant foam and a salad octopus out of the ordinary! The dish was just as wonderful, the cooked meats perfectly, the seasonings are as much. I can only recommend this place, the prices are reasonable and I intend to wait for something so good. Besides a nice place, typed but away from the kitchen and the furnace boss.
Very nice place, the boss welcomes us with the smile and the dishes scroll. Between us, the best youvetsi after a Greek restaurant parade, succulent. A recommendation
An extraordinary experience! In the entrance, a Greek salad with a feta AOP, the tone is given to continue the journey of flavors... Vines leaves and a Tzatziki to capsize you. On the dish, accompanied by a mid-sec Macedonian rosé, the best lamb Slouvaki from Peloponese who I have been eating until today... And to finish, the glyco with the little mastic liqueur with verveine aromas, Sweet dreams.... The boss walks you by wishing you a good return for little we continue the journey in the cyclades.... The next morning, I open my eyes at the foot of Mount Athos... what a happy dream... C is a true traditional Greek Taverna where everything is delicately prepared by the boss... Thanks
There is no photo. There are many nice Greek restaurants in Charleroi and around. There's also bof bof. But there is one that is laaaargement above the lot, it is the CARYATIS. Situe just left of the palace of fine arts, at the top of the avenue of Europe, it was opened in 1975. Mr. Nikola in the room, a little serious but precise in his service and his wife, to the peaty personality and to the communicative smile, in the kitchen. Everything is very, very good. Eleven for example. The excellent tarama, tzatziki, feta, olives, calamars are assistants of a kyrielle of specialties that we rarely see in the meze “normal”. Small triangular leaflets with meat, small soft balls, a beautiful tender octopus salad and crushed vegetables, fresh and light green eggplant caviar, and homemade vine leaves (and therefore no green oil more grilled gamba (cut shell and intestine removed, a highly appreciated detail, tender calamars, all top. On these photos you will also see the beautiful crunchy of honey feta, the beautiful skewer of lamb marrow and pink with its small pasta (do not swim in the sauce, super and the greedy mussaka. They will retire in a few years so enjoy the CARYATIS now! Calliorexi!
From far the best mussaka I ate... Patroness with little care! Let's go.
