A highly popular spot in town, as evidenced by the steady stream of phone orders and diners coming in during the brief time I was there. The interior decor is a bit outdated and somewhat worn, with a lingering scent of old fryer grease. However, the staff was very friendly, and the food was quite good. I visited this restaurant in 2022 and had a disappointing experience. Our meals were $20 but the food was cold and poorly prepared. The only redeeming quality was the ice cream, which was excellent. However, the environment was chaotic, with loud voices coming from the kitchen where the manager and staff were shouting. The place was also dirty, with flies buzzing around. They always have great food and fun ice cream flavors. The place has been around for as long as I can remember and is still a family favorite stop for ice cream. Kid-friendliness: It's a small ice cream more parlor, with a nice little kids menu, and the kids love getting an ice cream since they always have fun new flavors. To-date, the top 3 favorites for my kiddos have been Barbie, Egg Hunt, and the black raspberry ice creams. Service: Takeaway
