I work night shifts at a healthcare facility, so I often have to hurry to the restaurant during my lunch break or before heading home. I always try to get there before 1 PM. Each time I've visited, the staff has been friendly, polite, and professional. I really appreciate their hard work, especially considering how tough night shifts can be—they never let it affect their service. A big shoutout to them! View all feedback.
What Cristina doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The manger was very very rude. I order my food to go a there was no napkins forks or sauce in there. I should be able to leave knowing I have everything I need to enjoy my food in my bag. Every time I visit this restaurant, the rice is consistently undercooked. It reminds me of what I would imagine eating dog food to be like.
Most of the time, it's a total rip-off when you consider the price. For $12, you typically get much less than what you would for $9 at Wendy’s or McDonald's. Occasionally, you might receive a decent meal, but that happens less than 25% of the time. It seems like the staff are being trained by a ruthless manager to serve as little as possible, and they seem to enforce this policy strictly. This feels like a scam, and it’s unfortunate that the Burger King in Chardon closed instead of this blatant thievery in a building! I would recommend avoiding it altogether.
