Our server, Matt, was attentive and on top of things. The restaurant was quiet with very few customers. Given the quality of the food, I can't understand why it wasn't bustling with diners.

For half the time we were there, it seemed as if there was only one waitress, and must say that she did a great job to take or feel seated diners, taking and delivering orders and drinks, all without an inordinate amount of time rushed or hectic. The food was excellent: the butter milk roasted chicken sandwich and the smoked turkey breast were simply exquisite. We also got the appropriately named heavenly pudding for dessert and it was indeed divine. Very recommended!

But that didn't prevent her from offering us amazing service and great food!

The service was outstanding, thanks to a staff member working a double on Wednesdays—sorry, I can't recall her name, but she was truly on top of everything. Thank you! The food was fantastic as well. I highly recommend trying the French Onion Soup and the Brussels Sprouts!
