Chardon DQ is great has capabilities to work with DQ mobile app. It's unfortunate that not all DQ locations have the technology to work with the DQ mobile app. 1 thing the Chardon DQ is missing is the Grill capabilities. It's too bad the Chardon DQ isn't able to fafill the whole DQ Grill menu. I am certain that they'd have no problem with their sales if they did. View all feedback.
Staff who answered my call was very nice and so helpful when I ordered an ice cream cake. When we picked it up, they had done an amazing job and the cake was delicious and looked great!

I had a fast experience at the Drive-Thru at DQ. The service was excellent and the Blizzard I tried was delicious.
We have two Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, Ryan and Bosey, who absolutely love their Dairy Queen Pup cups. One of their favorite activities is going to the car hop and getting pup cups from DQ. Every time I offer them a pup cup, they get extremely excited. The DQ staff are always so kind to our dogs and make sure to greet them. When we get home, Ryan and Bo eagerly enjoy their vanilla ice cream with a dog biscuit on top. It's truly the cutest thing ever. You should treat your pup to a pup cup today. They only cost $1.00, so it's a great deal. Next time, I'll share a photo of them enjoying their treat, but for now, just look at their adorable faces. Aren't they the sweetest?
I really enjoy this Dairy Queen. The food and service here are always reliable. We come here once a month for Mini Blizzards. Currently, only the drive-thru is open. They offer cake, but dining inside is unavailable. Tonight, we opted for the drive-thru and the staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. Our Blizzards were prepared quickly. I ordered two Blizzards and they were both made promptly.
