Not overly breaded or battered and they were crispy without being dried out. We tried the Medium, spicy bacon and maple, buffalo ranch and sweet Thai chili. All sauces were delicious. The mozzarella sticks were well seasoned and crunchy (in a good way. My toddler slept through lunch but his chicken fingers looked delicious as well. Portions were desirable too.
