Description

Cleats presents a blend of enjoyable and disappointing dining experiences, particularly centered around its burgers and wings. While many diners praise the excellent wings, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere, others report unsatisfactory meals, with cold or undercooked dishes detracting from their visits. The restaurant's casual vibe and varied menu attract families and sports enthusiasts alike, making it a popular spot. However, inconsistencies in food quality and minor complaints about extra charges suggest room for improvement. Overall, Cleats offers potential but may leave some diners craving a more reliable culinary experience.

I ordered cream of potato soup. Is this what you would expect to be served when you order said soup? As you can tell by the background, it is as brown as the wood floor. It tasted about as good as licking the bottom of a bacon pan. It had approximately 3 potato chunks, I'm pretty sure the only veggies were the green onions on top, and there was a nice layer of grease. It was the soup of the day and we got there when they opened.... Service was excellent though.

My husband and I got the mozzarella sticks and traditional wing sampler with tots. Best wings I've had in a long time. Not overly breaded or battered and they were crispy without being dried out. We tried the Medium, spicy bacon and maple, buffalo ranch and sweet Thai chili. All sauces were delicious. The mozzarella sticks were well seasoned and crunchy (in a good way. My toddler slept through lunch but his chicken fingers looked delicious as well. Portions were desirable too.
