I usually love BoBos but be aware, there is no way to use a gift card in their own app. I placed an order via their app which requires a default credit card and... read more I usually love BoBos but be aware, there is no way to use a gift card in their own app. I placed an order via their app which requires a default credit card and put a note in there with all of the gift card information saying please do not the charge the card. Please use the gift card instead, and when I arrived to pick up my order, not only was the credit card charged which it seems happens automatically, however the manager on shift had a long explanation as to why it would be way too difficult for him to refund my card and place the order on the gift card. This is very frustrating as the only reason the order was placed was because I received a gift card. Additionally, from my experience in retail, it is not at all difficult to refund the credit card and redo the water for the gift card. Terrible show of customer service for a place that I typically really enjoyed.

The granola was fantastic, es... read more I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant for the first time during my recent trip, and I was on the lookout for a good meal. The granola was fantastic, especially with the assortment of toppings available. I'm looking forward to sampling their hot breakfast and lunch selections on my next visit. The ambiance within the train station is quite welcoming, and the staff were all very friendly.
