Unexpected long waiting time called several times without picking up any employee, so turned to order and pay online. note them, said 15-20 min before ready. in... read more Unexpected long waiting time called several times without picking up any employee, so turned to order and pay online. note them, said 15-20 min before ready. in 20 min. the command was far behind. the load was very busy and appeared short-circuited. waited 27 minutes in the load and finally got order. testimonials have accidentally dropped a long side pocket of pho on the floor, but still just took it up and put in my pull-out bag without thinking twice about it. When I was unhappy, I finally asked the staff to get a new one. the personal agreed and expressed apologies. when the order was handed over, the personal kindly offered a free drink that compensated my geduld for long waiting. when one looked closely, it was a completely refreshed frozen coconut juice drink (not knowing when it was stored, and the refresh was not low enough to be out of the driven zone), which had expired 4 months and 6 days ago! I used to be a loyal customer of kalka and basilikum and was satisfied with their eating. eat tastes authentic. but this time I am very disappointed by this experience, especially because all this raises my care for their safe food and handling practice as a food service operation significantly!

The service and the owner are incredibly nice and friendly and the food always comes out great, hot, and on time. Couldn’t recommend more!
