Quality of their coffee is really good and it is more affordable than Starbucks. The baristas are very friendly and quick in their work. Once in 2019 their card payment machine was not working and it was a rush hour in the morning. So the coffee was “on the house” for all those who didn’t have cash to pay for the coffee. This is my all-time favorite place! The baristas are friendly and attentive, and the espresso is truly amazing.
Daily Grind has made a great comeback! I would definitely give it a perfect score of 10/10 and would love to go back. The staff is wonderful too!

Good stop for coffee and a snack. The wait can be a bit long but it has never been more than 10 minutes (obviously it depends on what you get). FYI you get a discount for bringing your own mug/cup
Coffee shop in UNC's Health Sciences Library. During the regular semester, it is usually pretty crowded, but always fast and convenient. They make delicious coffee drinks and a to-die for London fog, if you enjoy tea milk. They also have a variety of cold drinks, sparkling water, and sweet treats. They often have these vegan cookies that are delicious and have tried nearly every flavor. Great spot, convenient, and a good cup of joe.
