Ho... read more Top-notch bento box lunch at Elements, particularly the Wagyu dumplings! We also shared an order of spring rolls and a decadent bananas foster bread pudding. Host Van was her usual gracious self. Service was slow and our waiter not attentive but his colleagues stepped up graciously when he disappeared for long stretches.

The food was excellent and deserving of 5 stars, but I’m taking other factors in to consideration when writing this review which you should know. The inside temperature of the restaurant was very hot.I’m not sure if they didn’t have AC or it just wasn’t turned on. We received our appetizers fairly quickly but the mainmeal took such a long time to get to the table. Not sure what’s going on in the kitchen.
