I only recently became familiar with this chain but in comparing this location to the another I visited I was disappointed that my salad wasn't chopped well for my online order (my avocado was whole). It's my opinion that when it's chopped well you are able to get more for your money. I tried a salad from Chopt for the first time. It was excellent.
Loved it! Need MORE in Northern Virginia. Only one I know of is in Vienna, please open one in Leesburg Va!
Good place, I like this restaurant chain. It was easy to order my own bowl and pick out ingredients. The reason for a star deduction is that the rice was undercooked and very hard in my warm grain bowl. Not sure if this an off day or it is a frequent occurrence. Either way, nice staff and easy to order. I’ll be back and hopefully the rice will be better cooked.
