Worst experience I've had in my life with delivery. On Saturday 09/03/2022, we ordered via Ifood a combo of x burger with some side dishes. When 20 minutes had passed since I had announced on the app that I had left for delivery, I decided to call the app's chat to see if there had been any problem, as I was visibly late, and they asked me for my WhatsApp number. The service continued via WhatsApp, where they informed that they had made an error in printing the order and my snack hadn't even been made yet, they asked again to place the order there and that it would be delivered in approximately 30 to 40 minutes. 40 minutes passed and nothing, I called again, then they informed me that they were waiting for a delivery person to arrive, and that the delay was their fault (delivery drivers), at that point I canceled the order, as it was already past 10 pm and one of the children had already picked it up. in sleep. The person on the other side of the WhatsApp was visibly unprepared and arrogant. Ultimately, I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. THEY SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ON THE IFOOD PLATFORM!

Olha a pizza era pra chegar 22:21 eu liguei 22:40 e a pizza ainda estava sendo terminada ,além da delay e a pizza chegar fria ,veio sem flavor ,longe de ser boa ,com um cabelo no meio da pizza,queimada ,pior experiência possivel , a unique vantagem é o valor que é conta
