Traditional Chapecó snack bar. We ordered an artisan burger and Xis The snack is very dry, even too much for my taste. I believe that the fried ingredients are made in advance, and heated immediately due to the lack of moisture in the meat, bacon and chicken hearts, to speed up the preparation of the snacks, as they have a high demand from customers. Personally, I didn 't like the snack because of its dryness, impossible to eat without sauces.
