A huge thank you to the Enfer fami... read more We were lucky enough to celebrate Valentine's Day at this establishment in Chaource, and it was a truly wonderful experience. A huge thank you to the Enfer family, especially Christelle Enfer and Inesia, for their incredibly warm welcome and kindness. The Valentine's Day dinner was bistro-style and absolutely delicious, with beautifully presented dishes bursting with flavor. The room was very comfortable, with a magnificent view. The terrace in the morning is incredible, and the breakfast was perfect for starting the day off right. We left delighted and sincerely thank this establishment for such a wonderful time.
