We were excited to try Trade, as most reviews were good and the breakfast menu sounded great. We got there and only one other table was occupied. Sadly, it went downhill fast. It took 15 minutes to receive the 2 coffees, 1 OJ, and 1 hot chocolate we ordered. Food took over 1 hour to receive and the biscuits in one order were undercooked. While staying here...this was the highlight of our stay and the positive! We sat at the bar and Nastajja took care of us! She was super sweet and helpful! The food was a 10/10!
The female bartender wouldn’t look at me the whole time so I had to wait for her to make eye contact with my husband. Really antiquated and unexpected for us living In modern times.
Female bartender would not make eye contact with me and would only attend to my husband. If I wanted something, I had to ask him to help. Really irritating and unprofessional.
Had a great late lunch. The bar area was very busy (holiday weekend) and they were still very accommodating.. came back later to live music and a drink before the NYE festivities..fun weekend, greats food, and stellar service
