My wife and I saw they were open today (Wednesday) and finally got to try it. We realized their Google listing says 'closed ' on Wednesdays. They also do not serve tacos de lengua or tacos de tripa here which is disappointing for a place that calls itself a taqueria . In my opinion, the prices are on the high end. The quality is good but not great. I had a torta which was good but the fries were very bland. My wife had tacos that were decent. Overall, I think it 's a average spot, but not worth the hype that 's often associated with small 'mom and pop ' businesses.

This is coming from someone who grew up in Charlotte and has been here for a very long time. No matter where I've gone, I always find myself disappointed because their tacos aren't as good as this place's. Try their asada or campechano tacos, those are my favorite.
