Kfc - Chaotte

Very unfriendly and rude staff at the drive thru. Nobody said anything when we pulled up. 2 min later she rudely said waiting on you. I took offense immediately. We started ordering and all we said was the number we wanted. She went silent again for 1 whole minute. We said hello and she yelled ma'am finish your order. I drove off and had to stop myself from exploding. It's all about the tone of voice you use on people. Will never come here again. Please hire better staff.

This place was so unfriendly and the manager at the window was rushing me to order and the lady gave me my food with a attitude , nothing new with this specific kfc.just shut it down or replace the workers

Terrible!! 2 times my husband and I waited and waited inside for food while we watch the workers behind the counter give bags of food to people who walked in without them paying or even ordering. The only conclusion we could come to was the workers must be giving away the food to friends and family. We waited 20 mins one time for food and when we got it the order resembled NOTHING like what we asked for. At that point we decided to just eat and go and NEVER come back. 1 star is way too good for this restaurant . The colonel should be turning over in his grave.

I would give 0 Star for THIS LOCATION ordered 8 pieces fried chicken extra crispy 4Drum 4thigh but turned out I got oily soft chicken 4thigh 2wings 2 drum all those chicken not even warm I asked just extra ketchup but she didn't give it to me! She said I already put whatever you asked for! Not professional and not friendly at all!

Don't expect your whole order if you spend over 20$. Half of the time this location is always missing something in the bag or whole parts of the order. they have staffing problems, i know it isn't their fault and the workers don't get paid enough for the bullshit they endure, but someone really needs to pay attention to the quality control.
