What David B doesn't like about Harris Teeter:
Someone needs to tell whoever sets prices at harris Teeter to quit hitting the Crack pipe... 6 dollars for 6 ounces of blueberries is absolutely ridiculous, and double what every grocery in the area is selling them at View all feedback.
First visit to the new location at Providence and Golf Links. Very impressed. State of the art. Revamped layout so it took me a few minutes to get acclimated, but I'm a fan. Early shift staff was friendly. *2022 update* Still a huge fan of this location. The staff is always super helpful. The store is clean and has a good selection. Check out the seasonal decorations! *2023 update* Still a regular and still a fan. Need an inflatable gnome Santa? *2024 updates* Always enjoy the seasonal cookies and decorations they do.
Messed around and went to the food bars hungry!! Don't do it!!!
Great grocery store! It's what people call a Tajma-Teeters. It's large, with hot food served and a wine bar with weekday specials. They have sales on excellent, well cut steaks. Plenty of parking. We like the Prime Rib dinner on Thursdays. You can buy a bottle of wine in the store and add it to your bar bill. Ask for glasses. You can get a glass for drinking while you shop. Well stocked. Tons of beer and wine brands!
Extremely high prices. Many items being sold on shelves have been expired for months.
I have to give huge accolades to the Manager of the pharmacy at Rea Farms Christine. Tonight I couldn’t get to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions until 8:45 pm. I didn’t realize that they close at 8 pm. I drove through the drive through pick up window and saw someone was still working. Obnoxiously I honked my horn and Christine was kind enough to respond to let me know they were closed for the night. I’ve had a very difficult personal recent episode in my life and was advised to start a new medication. I explained the situation to Christine who was above and beyond kind and sympathetic and graciously processed my prescription and payment. In a world where we are quick to ignore or simply say no Christine took the time to be kind, human and just an overall amazing human being. Thank you Christine.
