Always enjoy Firebirds. Visit regularly. A little disappointed in the sanitation rating of 92. Hopefully they can pull that up.
We made a reservation and because of the rain weather, the service was a little delayed, but after we waited 20 minutes Anna (the manager) came to our table apologizing for the wait time and after it everything was fenomenal, (including service), and Jacob (the waiter) was very kind too! The waiting time was worth it, totally recommend this place!
Nice place, though a bit noisy. Their 3-course meal option is a great deal. Most of what I ordered was good, but I do not recommend the sirloin steak. Mine was so tough that I didn’t finish it. (I know sirloin is not the most tender cut of beef, but I think I could have done better at Waffle House). However, the grilled scallops were excellent.
Birthday party of 8, waitress was amazing, food was delicious!
