Fahrenheit was the perfect way to experience CLT! The view was beautiful, the place was clean, nice, and amazing drinks. It is on the pricier side though. Super cool place though! View all feedback.
What Shaya Martin doesn't like about Fahrenheit Charlotte:
The view from Fahrenheit rooftop is beautiful. But the food isn't good. The mashed potatoes and salmon we had were very bland. Not seasoned at all. I had to ask for salt and butter for the potatoes. View all feedback.

It is with sadness that I have to write a not so favorable review about Fahrenheit-Charlotte restaurant. I will be clear that I do not blame any waiter for this situation. Our head table attendant Nicholas (Nick) was excellent and did his best in all aspects. I commend him highly!!! If you do decide to visit this restaurant, Ask for Nick! My issue with this restaurant: I drove two hours for a birthday celebration at this “high end/special” restaurant. At the beginning of the dining experience one of the waiters, not Nick, delivering drinks to our table, spilled a full glass of red wine all over me and the person sitting beside me. I was totally covered in red wine, my table mate had splatter stains from the wine. I do not fault the waiter, accidents happen! The “corporate manager” (Mercury Arteaga), who said she happened to be at the Charlotte location that evening, seemed very unconcerned and lacked any empathy in the situation. My evening was ruined. I had another event after dinner that had to be canceled due to this incident. The manager offered to clean my “shirt” but my full outfit is ruined. Additionally, I had to prompt the same manager to adjust my bill as some sign of customer service and solidarity. (She finally refunded the cost of my $50 entrée only after I went to her to personally address my dissatisfaction). Our table of 10 attendees' total bill was well over $1,000. To be a “high-end” restaurant, management seems to have a very poor sense of customer service.
By far the best restaurant experience I've ever had. The setting was phenomenal. I love the freedom to walk outside and enjoy the rooftop experience ant any point of your time there. The vibes and decor are excellent! The Seafood Tower was a little over done and cold but still had good flavor. Drinks are double the price of any other place you go, however I will be returning again and again.
Top-notch restaurant in Charlotte. This is a 5-star restaurant on the 21st floor with amazing views of Charlotte. They even have outside viewing. The food was awesome. It's my second time there, and when I visit Charlotte, I will go again. Service was very attentive and did not miss a beat. The food gets a wow. This place is a must if in Charlotte.
