Dave's Hot Chicken - Chaotte

—Food— The food is amazing! It’s a joint that exclusively focuses on chicken sandwiches, tenders, and fries! They also have milkshakes as well. Their chicken sandwiches have a unique crunchy breading with satisfying flavor. I have never gone below hot so I can’t speak for the other levels, but the hot, very hot, and reaper; all have a burst of an almost sweet, and smoky flavor with a kick of hot pepper. I usually struggle to find restaurants that serve food that satisfies my heat levels, but Dave’s does not disappoint! Also, their fries exceed expectations. They have a wonderful crispy outside and fluffy inside texture, plus a tasty seasoning. You also get a Dave’s Sauce with every meal. It’s a creamy tasty sauce that perfectly compliments the crunch and heat of the sandwiches. The food for me is a 11/10! —Service— Alright, let’s talk about service. We’re in the post-pandemic era and let me tell you I was convinced service in the food industry was a dying breed. Well Dave’s Hot Chicken is reviving quality service! In fact, they consistently exceed my expectations for quality customer service. Each cashier states their name before and after assisting you and always gives you a receipt and lets you know your number will be called when your order is ready. The receipt number is called over a loud speaker so you’re sure to hear it. Then they send you left of the register to the prep area where a team member will ask if you want any condiments, utensils, extra sauce etc… This eliminates so many careless mistakes like missing items from your order. Kieve in particular, (sorry if spelled wrong) is a fantastic worker; also, Shay is a fantastic worker and goes above and beyond to assist customers. Actually, I haven’t had a bad experience with ANY of the staff here. Service 11/10! —Atmosphere— Really unique modern graffiti art style. Extremely colorful, but balanced due to the soft ambient lighting throughout the restaurant. Cool chicken statues decorate the store really hammering the fact it’s what they do best. I’m no artist, but uhh.. 10/10? —Parking— Plenty of spaces. There is a lot outside and you can park anywhere as long as you read any applicable signs and will be conducting business with the entities nearby.

This was my first time dining here, but definitely will not be my last. The entire staff was amazing; all smiles and great attitudes! Which is definitely rare in hospitality) my food didn’t take long at all and you could tell it was made FRESH. everything was hot and delicious : i thought the slider was on the small side but it was definitely enough with the fries) to fill me up. Both slider and fries were seasoned perfectly and the prices aren’t bad either. So happy I made this my lunch stop today!! Also, restaurant was clean!! Workers continuously kept tables and floor up to par throughout lunch rush. I would definitely recommend!

I received exceptional customer service at Dave's Hot Chicken. Prices are definitely reasonable and food was banging and huge shout out to Shay for willingly offering her recommendation on what to try as a first time guest.

First time at Dave's was a breeze as Shay offered great customer service while suggesting her favorite dishes to us. I appreciate the personable atmosphere and the quality of food here. Looking forward to coming again soon.
