What Ashley Spingler doesn't like about Cava:
Ordered pick up on Sunday 8/18 (3 bowls, wrap and kids meal). Was supposed to be ready at 1pm. Was not ready until 1:30 after we had to prompt the workers to make it. The younger guy must of been new or not know what he was doing. The bowls came out awful, not cava quality or standards. Missing items and hardly any lettuce in our salad bowls. It was the most chaotic I’ve seen a cava before . View all feedback.
I ordered the grain and greens bowl with sweet potatoes, chicken. The chicken ate cut to pea size, the sweet potatoes are hard and over cooked, the rice tastes old. Very disappointing
I have been to this Cava many times! Always hits the spot. Customer service is great. The manager (I believe he is) told me about the app and its benefits. I’ll be coming here for the forseeable future.
I love CAVA!!! It's delicious!! Nutritious!!! But.... this review is for my man.. the GENERAL MANAGER.. MVP GABE!!! He is a legend. I would trust him with my life. Thank you Gabe. Great location, I will only be coming here for lunch if I am in the area
This place is delicious! Like a Mediterranean build-your-own pita/bowl. The drinks are great too.
Servers were not friendly at all. I know they are kids but a smile and being more helpful goes a long way. Please be more happy to be there even if you are not.
